Our custom carbon fiber kit is a roll-wrapped structural composite laminate designed for weight-sensitive high-performance applications. Featuring axial, hoop and balanced ±45° fiber reinforcement, this carbon fiber kit supports tailored layup design and staggered ply termination transitions. We keep base plies continuous and avoid cutting structural fibers by machining, to retain full laminate strength for bending tests and structural assemblies.

We manufacture carbon fiber tubes per your drawing or technical requirements. Typical configurable parameters:

• Outer diameter, wall thickness, inner diameter, finished length

• Localized extra wall reinforcement at tube ends

• Staggered ply transition zone for smooth stiffness change
