Sandwich structure consisting of upper and lower carbon fiber reinforcement layers and a middle core material.The core materila can be PVC foam, PET foam, aluminium and so on. The normal color of carbon fiber sandwich panel is black,  it can also be other color via surface  treatment. The thickness of the carbon fiber sandwich panel is from 4mm to 50mm.The common size of the carbon fiber sandwich panel is 1000x1000mm, 1000x2000mm, 1220x2440mm and so on. We can do CNC based on customer's CAD file.The layup can be produced based on customer's request, different layup can achieve different strength requests.Unidirectional lay-up ( 0° ): very high tensile strength and modulus, but it is weak in lateral direction.Bi-directional layers ( 0°/90°): more balanced properties in all directions.
