40ft carbon fiber extension pole

The material of our 40ft carbon fiber extension pole is made from Toray carbon fiber material. The density of carbon fiber is about 1.55 g/cm³, but the strength is 7 times of steel. The 40ft carbon fiber extension pole is consist of 7 sections, the closed length can be designed based on requirements.We have patent clamps for our poles and we can also produce clamp based on customer's requests. We can also do anti-slip clamp if you need.The extensibility is the main feature of the 40ft extension pole, it can be flexible to adjust length  based on real needs, which can meet different height requirements. Because the pole is produced in light weight material, the overall weight is light, which make it easy to carry and transport.

The tensile strength of carbon fiber is from 3000 to 6000 MPa, the bending strength of carbon fiber is from 2000 to 4000 MPa, the elastic modulus of carbon fiber is from 200-400GPa. The length of our extension pole is from 4ft to 80ft, the normal size are 20ft, 25ft, 40ft and 60ft. The closed length is from 0.6m-2.2m, which is easy for storage and transport. The length of each section is from 0.5m to 1.8m, it can be produced based on your requests. The  Common section is 2 to 7 sections, more sections, the closed length will be shorter, the extend length will be longer, it will influence stability. The diameter of the pole normally from 20mm to 60mm.The surface of the pole usually is black, if you need other color please provide Pantone color number and we can do it at your request. Special requests such as adding logo, uv protection are both ok for us.
